What's Included in This Release

Incident logging automation. When an incident is reported via mobile app, email, or form submission, the agent creates a structured incident record, extracts key details, assigns follow-up tasks to the responsible parties, and tracks resolution. Regulatory reporting requirements are flagged automatically based on incident type and jurisdiction.

Inspection scheduling and tracking. The agent maintains your inspection calendar, sends reminders to inspectors, collects completed checklists, and flags overdue items. It generates compliance reports that show inspection rates by site, team, and time period.

Near-miss monitoring. Near-miss reporting is notoriously underreported because it feels bureaucratic. The agent simplifies submission to a 30-second mobile form, aggregates near-miss data to identify patterns, and surfaces systemic risks before they become incidents.

Corrective action tracking. After an incident or inspection finding, corrective actions need to be assigned, tracked, and verified complete. The agent manages this workflow from assignment through verification, sending escalations when deadlines are at risk.

What This Release Doesn't Cover

This version handles documentation and workflow automation. It doesn't include computer vision for automated hazard detection from site cameras — that's on the roadmap for Q3. It also doesn't integrate directly with insurance carriers yet, though we're working on partnerships with three major carriers for automated claims documentation support.
