masses.ai sells digital products including AI templates, scripts, tools, and other downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
No Refunds For
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with your existing tools or systems
- Dissatisfaction with results after implementation
- Accidental purchase
Why No Refunds?
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. Once a file has been downloaded or a script accessed, the product has been consumed. This policy protects creators on our platform from fraud and ensures the integrity of the marketplace.
Before You Buy
We encourage you to:
- Read the full product description carefully before purchasing
- Review any included screenshots, previews, or demos
- Check system requirements and compatibility notes
- Contact our support team with any questions before completing your purchase
Exceptions
We will issue a refund only in the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate charge)
- You were charged but did not receive access to your purchased product and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days

Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@masses.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
